What are these? Could they be real? Help Please

I bought 5 pounds of bulk bracelets and I found these 2 pieces. They are driving me crazy. They are too small to be a bracelet and way too big to be a ring. There are no broken brackets etc.
No openings or clasps. And the stones look real. I have been searching online since I found them today. If anyone has information please let me know.. thank you

More knowledgeable people will arrive but FWIW looks like a child's bracelet to me. Maybe w tiny rubies and white sapphires?

Yes, baby bangles.
If they are real the inside should be stamped with either silver or gold hallmarks.
Not much interest in baby bracelets but because there’s two the same, if gold or silver you could get a jeweller to cut them and install a post and convert them to big hoop earrings.
