What’s going on with this diamond?

The diamond on the end appears glassy and cloudy when subjected to UV light. They all have a GIA very, D color, VS3 clarity, no fluorescence. None of the others display this cloudiness. I bought
It from Bluenile.

Looks like faint yellow fluorescence to me? And not uniform.
