Yeay for Lorelei''s husband! Quitting smoking is truly the single best thing you can do for your health, and lower blood pressure doesn''t hurt either!
Another 50 minutes bike ride today. I''m splurging and having Kraft mac and cheese for dinner. I checked out the nutrition information, and I think the best one is the "Supermac" which is 200 calories per serving if you make it without butter (which I never use anyway). Plus they added a bunch of calcium, which is always a bonus. So I''ll eat the whole box for 600 cals and be near the top of my range for today. No nice dinner out for me tonight, but I''m jealous of those that are going out! I''m already planning what I''m going to get on March 15th, when fiance and I are hitting up the oyster bar
