Good morning fellow WWT’rs.
I made it to minus 126 this morning.
Only lost .6 pounds but it’s a lot more in grams – if only I knew how to convert it without looking up a formula. Tee hee.
Mara, your dirt suggestion had me LOL. It could be chopped up nuts – yeah! Fiber for sure, right? If you use diet margarine they’ll get really, really hard and never burn. I am glad your soup turned out so good. I’ll have to try it.
Lorelei, thanks for the tips on working my arms. I can’t find my dumbbells though. I may have thrown them away; I have arthritis in my thumb joints and they were really flaring that up when I was using them before. I tend to throw things away that are hurting me because I forget and use them again. I did that with an ultrasonic toothbrush. Went to the dentist and allergist 4 times figuring I was facing a root canal or had a sinus infection and turned out to be the tooth brush was just too much pressure on my teeth. That sucker went in the trash! DH points them out to me all the time he could have had one of those if I hadn''t thrown it away.
