Happy Wednesday morning everyone!
For my weigh in I am down 16.5 lbs total. Not sure how that compares to last week because I must not have weighed in (?) but it's down 4 lbs from two weeks ago from when I was mad at myself for splurging during my entire annual project, so I'm happy with it.
Last night the HH grilled some fish and veggies and we had a salad. Not sure what we're doing tonight but I have to get up a bit early tomorrow and eat something because I can't eat or drink anything for at least three hours before my stress test at 9:45 and I don't want to go in there with the last thing eaten being dinner from the night before. I'd probably faint from sheer hunger, forget about the heart thing!
Skippy and Jeannine, I did WW for a while and always wondered about how points and calories correlated. The hardest thing for me was that 2 + 2 could equal 5--or 6! For instance, if you had one two point bar you had 2 points. But if you had two 2 point bars and looked at the combined score on the slide rule thing it could be more than just 2 + 2. Man was I mad when I found that out becuase I would often save up four points 'till the end of the day and then splurge with two chocolate mint bars. At least calories are calories and there's no mystery to the calculation!
