Oregon has the BEST Craftstmans. It makes me want to pick up and move there (Except for all the rain). I love Craftsmans. LOVE the house LP (haven''t scrolled to page 4 to see if you are bidding yet)...but it''s amazing, the kitchen is sweet.

They sent us a counter offer for 290K. We''re waiting to get the official offer (and read their letter back to us) so that we can figure out where to go from here.

The (haggling) game is afoot!
