Just got an email from the folks over at Walter Arnstein. Looks like they have developed a new web site for their Sapphires.
Same company different name for the site.

I have not really spent much time looking through it but initial thoughts -
- It now shows prices for their sapphires (at one time they showed prices, then they didn't, now they do again)
- has more information about Sapphires
- Talks more about their ability to provide rings and settings
- Seems to offer their own "home made" certs ???? which look like AGTA certs??? (they also have some with AGTA certs)
- Looks to still be under construction - many parts missing.
