VS2 stone with several inclusions in the middle?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to purchase a diamond soon and came across a GIA graded stone with a few inclusions in the middle. When I observed the stone myself, it looked clean, but the GIA report shows several inclusions clustered in the middle of the diamond. I was under the impression that VS2 meant that the stone would have few of these or would be very spread out.

The diamond is priced $1000 lower than other similar stones, though it could be because it has strong blue fluorescence. Is this a good VS2?

I have attached the relevant part of the report to this post, any help is appreciated!

If you don't see anything in the middle, it should be fine. VS2 usually don't have an issue with being eyeclean.
