I like this and wish I could vote for more than one! But it is a little confusing because Ana (Valeria) has 4 designs. It will be hard to know which one people are voting for if hers are put together like that.

Sorry ... I hadn''t got much time to get a reasonably good drawing out last week... and could never make up my mind anyway

What to do?


In the end, someone suggested a ''loop'' ring and the resulting drawing may just be my favorite of all I managed to get out of the closet those days

Just out of curiosity, what happens if you win? Or if you get 2nd or 3rd? I might've missed that part in the original thread.

New sparklies would be great.

Especially since my FI said my ering is enough jewelery to last a year.

Not that I expect to win, there are so many other beautiful designs!

ETA checked original thread and saw the prize. I would've worked harder had I known there was a prize. I thought it was all in fun.

Ana, all your designs are creative and lovely, but being on the traditional side, I''d have to say I love your first design on number 1 the most. And I like Garry''s as it is similar in style. But everyone did a nice job!

Val''s first entry is just breathtaking! I love those prongs.

I like Garry''s 2nd best.

Most of the rest are too not me or modern-ish though creative, but I do really like mrs.salvo''s flower (beautiful pendant idea!) and the Celia diamond prongs in those images, I love the little added ''sparklies''...hee hee.

I confess ... personally I like ALL of Ana''s including the marquise pave loop more than ANY of the others. (Though I do fancy the lily one & rose cut prongs).

Bravo to Irinia for bringing so many of these creative ideas to life!

Ditto that curlygirl! I was planning on just finding a ring I loved (online or locally) for an engagement ring, but all of these rings look so great....After seeing how a little tweaking here or there to the more "traditional" designs that are out there can make a ring look so unique and gorgeous....i may just have to talk to the bf about going the custom route (I''ll keep my fingers crossed for that one!)

No... I only get to ''draw'' charts in Excel for a living. Not that I like that state of affairs, in fact hate it so much that for a long time I didn''t want to draw anything at all. Until Pricescope came along. This little exercise Irina came up with made me realize how hard it is to get the intricate curves of a ring right on paper - this isn''t any easier than any technical design! Yikes! And caught me very unprepared. Gotta change that!
