Very Impressed with B2C Jewels

I am new member to this forum but have been lurking for quite some time. I wanted to let fellow diamonds seekers know just how impressed I am with B2C Jewels. I know Blue Nile, James Allen etc., get a lot of attention, however, B2C needs more! I recently purchased a nearly 4 1/2 carat EC. It didn't quite work out. Big bow tie and leakage issues. However, B2C Jewels was fantastic from start to finish.

First of all, I inquired about the diamond through Since 1910. They claimed they could not match B2C Jewels price and they also said the diamond vendor would not do business with B2C Jewels. Wrong! B2C Jewels got the diamond, sent it right away, for an unbeatable price. It just didn't work out for me. The return process was speedy and very easy, no questions asked.

Alex and Simon were great as all the others who helped me. So, if anyone is in the diamond market, please don't over look B2C Jewels. Their prices are unbeatable and I have had a very pleasant experience with their customer service. I will continue my search!

My wife checks on this site and Rarecarat daily! We have a pretty tricky checklist and not have not come across anything yet, but here goes!
I color or above
Carat weight doesn't matter- measuring at least 10.5x8- ideal ratio 1.3
Only has to be eye clean
Very good symmetry/ very good polish is good enough.
Budget 45K- under.
It's touch but let me know!
Fluorescence is fine

I agree, I had a great experience working with Simon and Rio. I honestly wasn't sure if I made a good choice in the beginning because of the limited info they provide on the website as compared to their competitors, but their prices are just too attractive. I also felt a little odd as each time a different person would reply to my emails, but I guess it works for them. The most I like about them is they are honest and they don't try to sell you the stones if they don't believe they are good enough.

I am not sure B2C could receive a finer compliment - I will pass on these kinds words to the team, and high 5s to Simon and Rio for holding to “Pricescope standards” in their customer interactions!

Agreed. That is an awesome compliment -- imagine a world where people just try to sell quality goods at a fair price. Seems easy, yet so few manage to do it. Good job B2C!
