I have to say, I think I should quit my job and be a jeweller. I''m sitting here sifting through this thread and I''m thinking:

-Wow, when the wife complains about my long hours. I could tell her I''m trying to make the piece as perfect as possible for a client. She would understand the value of the time I''m putting.
-When she gets REALLY mad at me, I could make a piece just for her.

I think you people are on to something!!! LOL

I would have to say that the ring David gave Sandra is just the ultimate!
I was lucky enough to see it in real life when I visited and it is incredible. Just amazing. I''ve never seen anything like it and the colours are glorious.

If Sandra wasn''t such a lovely person, I''d be pea-green with jealousy.

One of my favorites pieces, which I wear as my RHR. This ring ring used to be Erica''s, but something about it had her uncomfortable so I was only too willing to take it from her (what are partners for, I always say!)

A 3-stone with 2.50ctw side OEC side stones and a sapphire center stone. Original piece from the Edwardian era.

Very beautiful.

Wink, I too, dislike showing my hand and fingers. My nails are abnormally soft and thin so manicures dont work for me and I work A LOT with hands so they always look like I was digging up my backyard with them!

Bruce, those pieces are bee-yoo-ti-ful! Very artsy!!

This is my ring, a 3.50ct cushion set in a vintage 8-prong solitaire.

WOW! Both the rings you share are TDF! But, I literally went WHOA! when I saw the cushion!
