Upgrading color and clarity

So my wife‘s ACA in her ring is a 2.078 GVS2. It’s awesome, but my mind has always been with F. All her other ACA diamonds are F color. I did find a 2.052 FVS1, that looks awesome.

I don’t think anybody will see .03mm in diameter Right? I am guessing the F is going to be on fire with that tall crown and smaller table, but actually, these are small difference.
thoughts?

Is this her dream or yours? Speaking for myself, I'd be thrilled if my DH wanted to upgrade my color on my stone!

I dont think the size would be noticeable and if she's down with it I say go for it!

Go for it, those are primo numbers you have there, very similar to my 2.18 E-VS1 CBI in a 3-stone ring. I went down in weight as well from 2.21 to 2.18 and was able to use the same mounting.

Looks like an outstanding stone! I'd love to go from G to F! F VS1 would be my ideal choice! The numbers are awesome on the stone, too!

Okay things just got more complicated, the FVs1 2.052 has a dark inclusion that is visible from the side damn I figured VS1 would be impossible to see without 10x mag. in the setting no issue, but the numbers look so good.

did see the have a FVS 1 2.032 the numbers are similar to my wife’s current GVs2.

thoughts? I hate going down in size but I don’t think this will be an issue.

I don't think the size will be an issue at all - are you talking about the two black dots on the side that you can see in the video?

I think they are very close and that you wouldn't notice the difference. You could ask WF to do side by side pics.

Most people don't recognize the scrutiny of VS inclusions to be particularly valid but I do. I appreciate your eye for them. It is a curse but a blessing if you really want a mind clean stone - well done!!

The 2.03 is another beautiful stone. I dont think the size difference would be noticeable. Numbers are more similar than they are different IMO.
Not unusual when dealing with Super Ideals.
