Do you mean the hallmarks in your third photo? I don’t see any other marks.

I don’t think you have reason to be concerned. It is a British ring and all the stamps stand for something as @goldnsilver pointed out.
I know some PS’ers are very knowledgeable about British marks and their meaning and I believe someone posted a chart on them. Maybe one of them will see this thread and weigh in.
The crown and 18 look like typical British hallmarks. The assay office and date hallmarks appear to have been lost due to sizing which happens sometimes unfortunately. The style and diamond cuts look consistent with other half hoop rings from the late 1800s.
