Hi all
I recently bought a ring from e-bay in the US and it has an unusual engraving on the inside. It appears to be an AHK in capitals although it's written backwards! I am trying to upload a photo. The letters are joined together and if you look at them with the A at the top, the lower part appears to be the same as the Japanese symbol for Heaven. I have no idea what it is, does anyone have any clues. The ring is around 1920 art deco with a round centre diamond of about 2.25 carats, flanked by two marquise diamonds of around 0.5 carats each and those are flanked by two tapered baguette diamonds of around 0.25 carats, all set in platinum. I did ask the seller for information and he said he would get his wife to let me know the history but I have never heard back. It's been valued and verified as real.
Any ideas, please let me know.
Thanks
