Ultrasonic question

Hello,
I've just bought this heating ultrasonic :
The basket is made in stainless steel, and I don't think it's a good idea to let the platinum ring touch this basket as it could scratch the platinum.
I think I should buy or create something in plastic that could resist the heat and would not scratch the platinum.
My imagination is very poor, do you have an idea what I could use?
Thank you so much!
EDIT: even if the ring is a German finish, the sides and prongs are polished.

Does that company sell different baskets? My Magnasonic came with a plastic basket, which does feel much safer than stainless.

Look for ring holders for ultrasonics, on etsy, or just a general google search. I like my bands thin and didn't want them knocking into each other in the basket either. Also check sykessler.

That is a beautiful diamond! (And I rarely comment on white diamonds, lol. Not that they aren't beautiful, just that my tastes are for warmer/colored diamonds)

Thank you for the advices. The company doesn't sell plastic baskets.
I didn't find ring holders that would fit the inside of this US cleaner.

I didn't find one that actually fit in mine either, but it fit well enough to work. What ultrasonic do you have?

I have this one:
I measured the basket and it's too big for the one I've ordered.
Also, will plastic support the heat?
And is there really a danger putting platinum in a stainless basket?
Thank you for the diamond, it's a K Brian Gavin Black.

Mine has a 1.5 pt tank and this is what I got - I like that it's coated so metal isn't rubbing on metal. My ultrasonic has heat and there have been no issues with the coating on the rack I got. Like I said, it doesn't really fit, but I can angle it lower on one end to make it work.

Here's another kind

And these

I hope you can find something that works!

And I forgot to mention - on the first one, the one I bought, I had to cut off the outside posts so that it would fit at all. I then put silicone on the exposed metal so it wouldn't rust. So there are ways to make them work, lol.

You gotta get creative here.
Why not run a wooden or plastic chopstick through the holes on either side of the basket, kind of like a curtain rod. Then suspend your ring on the rod, while submerged in the liquid.

Thank you all for your help!
I also thought of a basket you can find in jar of pickle
