Two diamonds, your opinion?

Here are two rounds I'm comparing now, that I'd appreciate your expert opinion on.

One is about 7% more expensive than the other.

Based on the GIA reports and what you see in the images, what do you guys think?

Does the J/SI2 2.73 ct fall within this budget?? If so, that's a dang good deal (if it's eye clean)!! Are you buying from a PS vendor?? <---- sorry, I'm nosey.

It's just barely outside of it (it is 7% more than the other, which lands right about in the middle of my range).

I like #2. I think it has great proportions and a decent chance of being eye-clean. Is this from an online vendor or a local vendor? Can you see the diamond before you buy? Buying an eye-clean SI2 is a great deal, but very difficult to do if you can't see the diamonds yourself, or at least working with an online vendor whose opinion you trust.
