Trudeau, impatient to get the vote started, is seen on video striding over to Opposition whip Gordon Brown. He grabs Brown's arm to direct him to his seat. New Democrat Party (NDP) Parliament member Ruth Ellen Brosseau gets elbowed by Trudeau in the process.

Trudeau has had his missteps and scandals as well.

If Trump had elbowed a woman while in office, you would have had him burned at the stake.

______________________________________________________________________________

As the world reacted to the death of Fidel Castro, Trudeau said in a statement that the Cuban leader had been a "larger than life leader who served his people." He left out any mention of Castro's record on human rights and his history of oppression._____________

Really, Trudeau said that.

____________________________________________________________________________
Even before that ruckus could die down, Trudeau found himself in the middle of yet another scandal. His office confirmed that the Prime Minister spent his winter holiday on the private island of the Aga Khan -- and used the billionaire religious leader's private helicopter to get there. An ethics investigation is underway.

OOPS?
You're joking right?
First, the elbow thing was an accident, and was dealt with LONG ago.
Second, the Trudeaus and Castros were long time family friends. He wasn't just grieving a leader, he was grieving a friend. Plenty of people grieved this loss and didn't think it was a time to cheer for his death.
Third, the only part that is getting investigated is him using a private helicopter to arrive at the island. If he hadve spent tax payer money on getting there, there would have been no issue. Literally, the only issue is him saving the country money.

Please don't use another leader to further your agenda unless you actually know WTF you're talking about. I didn't even vote for this guy and it pisses me off to see people trying to diss him when they obviously only skimmed the headlines.

She's apparently quite serious. Yes, I know how ridiculous that seems.

She's made a lot of disparaging remarks about this thread, yet it seems like catnip to her, as she just can't bring herself to stay away! I choose to take being the object of her obsession as flattery.

Until I threw you a bone this afternoon, this thread was sinking fast.

Someone upthread said Trudeau was perfect. Too good to meet with Trump. I pointed out that he was not.

Funny, but I looked at Red it. And according to their rules, this ridiculous, circular thread would have been ended by the mods a long time ago.

IDK, I think PS forums, threads and mods should totes follow the rules of other forums, esp redit.

Trump should be very worried when Fox news people start getting mad at him.

Quote from CNN article

Somehow, President Donald Trump made it through yet another press conference with a visiting foreign leader without having to field any questions about the controversy surrounding National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.
In a joint appearance with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday, Trump took just two questions from U.S. reporters -- one from the conservative Daily Caller and the other from a D.C. television station owned by Sinclair Broadcasting, both of which are widely viewed as favorable to Trump. None of the questions pertained to Flynn, whose job security is a matter of much public speculation.
Reporters and media personalities expressed outrage on Twitter, and accused the White House of foul play: "No questions about Flynn's status even though it is leading every newscast?? Are these planted questions on the Washington side?" Fox News National Security Correspondent Jennifer Griffin asked on Twitter.

I was not sure if you were allowed to post competing websites here without fudging it a bit. But I thought what I did post was obvious I guess not,

But if you were not sure, you could have asked me to clarify.

Mostly, I would say it was the combination of the odd capitalization combined with the wrong spelling that made it not so obvious.

So can we stop this now? OR, helpful hint, maybe just don't read this thread if you hate it so much?

Ruby, just as you implied, the lunatics are clearly the people copying and pasting direct quotes from the original source himself. It couldn't be more obvious!

With a title like "Tweets from a Lunatic" it was clear, from the title and the first post exactly what the point of this thread would be. To click on something with that title, thinking it'll be an open conversation was a bit naive of you, wasn't it? We'll continue to share though, in keeping with the title of this thread, and leave those open conversations you so long for to another thread.
