Trying to use the cut advisor, but unsure what % to use

I made the leap and put a deposit on an engagement ring, but am trying to enter the information from the copy of the GIA report into the cut advisor. I have the depth and table numbers, but am not sure which % number to use for Crown and Pavillion angles. On the GIA report they have 2 numbers on the far left with angle indicatorson the diamond, are those the two to use or are the percetnages that are above and below the depth % to the left the correct ones. Sorry if this is confusing. I''ll try and post a pic of what I am talking about.

use the angles to the far right that are just outside of the diamond graphic. the top number is the crown angle (30's) and the bottom number is the pavilion angle (40's)

when you click on the GIA cert what numbers from the proportion diagram would you use...

the 35 and 40.8

or the 15.5 and 43
