trying to make a resonable RHR (aset included)

to make a long story short I am trying to make a somewhat reasonable little RHR to wear. I found a cute looking cushion for about $780 at JA. I requested an aset but im not sure. they say it has great fire which is really what im looking for, the color is a K but thats ok with me, also they say its eye clean. What are your thoughts?

Looks great in the center. The outside is green, so it may appear a bit smaller because the brightness isn't edge to edge. But it's a very nice cushion excepting that.

I like the look of it...its very different. I think it would work out nicely for a RHR.
It has a little bit of darkness on the edge of the table. There may be some slight leakage but
I dont think it would keep me from purchasing the stone.

what kind of setting are you considering?

I really want like a lucida type setting with the metal about the width of the stone. Unfortunately that setting with JA is like the same price as the stone. my e ring is a plain shank pear ritani endless love halo and it has to somewhat match that setting. I don't really like the $180 knife edge one at HA sense it doesn't really match my e ring but I just don want to spend that much on a setting. Especially when the stone isn't that much.

Ah no!! We sent them my store about a week and a half ago an they gave me a 3-4 week turn around. Don't worry there will be picks all over this place in a week or two

Nielseel - I like that stone! It's interesting... you won't get the brightness out to the edges, and it may look a tad smaller because of the light leakage, but I do like that stone!! And your setting choice - NICE!

Yeah I like it a lot too. Something about the shape plus the faceting. Seems like a squarish RB. Im not sure though being small i want to get I lot of sparkle out of it, which is the only reason I am hesitant to pull the trigger. Seems like a good price but being that the setting is so much Im wondering if I should just hold off until another neat one like this come along with a good ASET. I just dont know how common that type of cut is.

Yeah I know I dont even have my e-ring yet either. We are a backwards type of couple.
