Nope, quite sure that is not a SI from the price, so BN do not have them in hand, a simple check on BN verified that for me. Cut has a premium, that I agree. But the individual valuation of the stone by different vendor holding different stone is in question, maybe he wants to move the stone faster for liquidity? So price is not a definite determinant of the quality of the cut, other specs being equal, IMHO.
