Hello, Im on here just to warn people about TRUEFACET. I ordered a ring from them back in February of this year. Paid them through bank transfer to get a 'better deal.' They sent me the wrong ring. I told them about their mistake, and they simply responded, 'Oops, my mistake, send it back and we will send you the correct one.' Three months go by, and they never sent me the replacement ring. In the end, they used the excuse that they gave me was the 'tariffs' are holding it up in China. If they would have just told me that in the beginning, instead of 'it's in processing, will be sent out next week,' or 'you should receive it soon, just waiting for them to get it ready to send it out...' every time I finally got ahold of someone who would respond... BS! The concierge 'Jeff' was supposedly helping me and would not answer my emails asking questions about the return. So I just requested a full refund. This is where it gets really messy; first off, they tell me they can't return it via bank transfer, it would need to be a check. I told them I didn't want a check; I need it returned the way I paid because I knew it could get 'lost' in the mail. I asked them in the beginning what address they sent it to and they kept avoiding answering that question. Finally, someone responded and told they sent it to my bank where I thought they would do the bank transfer. I was furious! If they only answered my question 1 month prior it wouldnt have been sent there. So they said again, "my bad," and they would correct it. This time they will cancel that check and resend via bank transfer. Im now skeptical about giving them my bank account number but I really need them to refund my money. I gave them everything from my address, routing number, account number and bank address so no more room for mistakes. A week goes by and no transfer, so I message them again and tell them whats going on with this transfer and "JEFF" replies, I will receive the check next week. LIVID, I give them piece of my mind and start looking up BBB and other reviews on TRUEFACET and start leaving reviews. A couple weeks go by and no more response from JEFF after emailing him everyday...finally, someone else reaches out to me, TYLER is his name, and he tells me JEFF is on vacation and he will pick up where he left off. I tell him my frustrations and he also asks for my bank account info and tells me it will be in my account by the end of the week, FRIDAY . So Im thinking, Ill try to give it one more chance. I give them my banking info, address, etc, Monday rolls around and no transfer. I start emailing and finally someone responds again, this time its JEFF, he tells me they cant transfer it in time so they will send it thru zelle or venmo.. So I tell them I have both, its under my cell phone number. They tell me again, it will hit my account at the end of the week. Monday rolls around and they tell me they can only send half because theres a limit, but they will send the rest at the end of the day when the first half clears. I tell them, they couldve sent half thru zelle and the other have thru venmo. They totally ignore that and when half the refund hits my account at shows up as a wire transfer, not zelle or venmo. Which tells me they couldve sent this 3-4 months ago when I requested the refund then. Again, LIVID, I email them and tell them to refund the rest. They tell me I will have to wait until the end of the month to get the rest.. Now how is that on their website they speak about how theyre "an online marketplace rooted in trust and transparency"? And "if theres any problem or question they will make sure the problem is resolved".

They are not accredited by the BBB and theres other people who got scammed by them as well. If you try to call the 18006903736, you will always be put on hold because "their concierge is busy with other people". Nobody every picks up. Ive called numerous times and have been on hold for nearly 20 mins, then leave a message and nobody every calls me back. ITS A SCAM.

I normally dont leave bad reviews unless they really need it. Believe me, Im busy with other things in my life. I just dont want anyone else to fall victim of TRUEFACETS SCAM.

I have all correspondence to support this. So much to show everyone. Just message me and Ill share with you screen shots of the conversations with them if you want proof.

Thanks for your review. So sorry this has happened to you. I have never heard of that company but it is so important to know who you are dealing with - particularly for big money items. Always feel free to run company names here to see if anyone has had any experience with them. There are preferred vendors on PS that we could recommend to you as well. Hope how soon you get the other half of your money refunded!

Yeah, I just didnt want anyone else going thru this as well. I think I found them online because I wanted to get a good deal on some things and they popped up on my search. Hopefully this will help others. Only time will tell if they will refund the rest, but until then, I will continue to spread the word.

I understand and I am sorry this happened to you. As with all things, it is necessary to do your homework before ever wiring money. I sincerely hope you get the rest of your money returned.
