Trouble contacting DK

Emailed DK about two weeks ago for an updated quote for my new wedding band to match my e-ring reset. Haven't heard back yet. Does anyone know if he's been away or on vacation?

He is slow to respond. I had been in touch with him last year for a ring project and didn't care for the lengthy waits just to get replies from him (like 2-3 weeks at a time). That didn't sit right with my husband and I so we decided to move on, end discussions with him, and at some point when I am ready again, will have my ring made by someone else.

It is due to family emergency, therefore Amy is pretty much taking care of everything herself so their response time is super slow. I have plans to stop by the store to get my setting worked on today, would you like me to relay to contact you?
