This is one of my favorite spots. It has been my "dream house" since I was little. These are not my pics [mine are better, actually with some taken from our boat but they are hard copy photos] If we wait for me to scan my pics to post them we will all have grown beards! [an Italian expression]. So, let''s settle for ones lifted from the web.

This is the Castello di Miramare in Trieste, Italy. I was born nearby. The beach we would always go to is up the road. The castle is now a museum. Every time I am in town I spend some time there!
