traps or emerald side stones?!?

I''m planning on getting a 1.7ct Emerald cut stone -- I''ve seen it with both traps AND Emerald cut side stones and I can''t make up my mind! They both look great, and really seem to compliment the center stone...just looking for some expert opinions with reasons to go one way or the other!

i like both: i think the traps look best set into bezels and the emerald cuts prong set
