Hi! This is my very first post after stalking and learning so much from pricescope.
My bf and I both have our heart set on getting a Tiffany’s engagement ring specifically the Tiffany 6 prongs setting.
I am hesitating between these two diamonds and since I cannot see either in person, are there anything to help me determine the best one? Is it worth the extra $900 for the bigger one?

Diamond #1 — $22,500
Carat: 1.33
Depth: 62.3%
Table: 56%
Pavilion angle: 40.8
Crown angle: 35
Measurements: 7.01x7.02x4.37mm
HCA score: 1.5

Diamond #2 — $23,400
Carat: 1.38
Depth: 62%
Table: 56%
Pavilion angle: 40.9
Crown angle: 34.3
Measurements: 7.11x7.15x4.42mm
HCA score: 1.3 107A599F-5B77-485D-8B75-2B4886EFB16C.png 2B6F3455-6687-4FCC-A0C1-630294E20DE2.png

Both diamonds is Color G, Clarity VS2, Triple excellent with no fluorescence!

Thank you in advanced for all your help.

Congratulations! Oh, your ring is going to be gorgeous. There's nothing quite like a Tiffany six-prong setting. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with either stone; the specs look good. I would lean ever so slightly more toward the 1.38, only because the 1.33 is a teensy bit deeper (though still within ideal specs).

The truth is both look good based on the specs; since those diamonds exist outside of the normal certification eco-system, there's not too much more to add. People will tell you you could get a lot more diamond for your money if you don't marry yourself to Tiffany's, but I say do what makes you feel good, and there is something special about Tiffany's after all :)

Everything being equal, I'd go with the larger diamond in this case

Visually you probably will not see a difference between the 2 diamonds with a very slight mm difference so I would save the money and put It towards the setting.

The Tiffany 6 prong makes my heart sing!

I would also definitely go with the smaller stone, as visually you won't see the difference.

What an exciting time for you guys! Please come back & post when you get it!

Thank you everyone! My SA is bringing both into his store to take comparison pics for me. But it’s so hard to decides, I might just leave it to my bf to do the hard part!

I will surely keep you updated, thanks again.
