I know we have some other cool loupe pics. Please add yours here. I think it’s so cool to see these beauties magnified. Thanks for playing along! I’ll try to add my Crown Jubilee and maybe some others later.

I love it!!! Wow, that is so amazing. Thanks so much for sharing.

And I love the orange blossom band. That’s on my list of wants.

Thank you! I got super lucky with that find

Um, the milgrain and those facets. And the tight bezel. Wow!
Yes, Caysie and her bench did a phenomenal job! There wasn’t one thing I’d change about the setting. Nothing at all.

Love these pics! Did you take these with a regular camera or iphone?

Thank you! And I used my iPhone with the loupe set snuggly against the camera lens.

Maybe a silly question but does anyone know how to do this on a newer iPhone with 3 lenses on the back?

I have the 13 Pro Max with the three lenses. I set the shot and then bring the loupe up and cover the lens. For these shots, it was the bottom lens and zoom was 3x.

Thanks! Can’t wait to try this.

I did use the LED light on my loupe too, because I like how it looked. And my phone is blue, which shows up.

Can’t wait to see yours!

You two ladies are going to be a mighty fine hard act to follow :)

Wow! Look at all of these beauties! Seeing them up close and personal gives such a greater appreciation, I think. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Holy moly I did not realize how hard this would be to do. The slightest movement = blurry photos.

Finally got it, though. Tip for those trying this: do NOT hold a piece in one hand or on your lap and try to photograph. Put it on a hard surface.

CVB rose cut. Would like to have gotten more photos but the light return off it kept blowing out the photo and this was the only one that came out.

Victor Canera single cut band, bright cut pave. It is amazing to look at the detail up close like this.

Photographing this it was just full of rainbows. This piece may be simple, but it is truly one of my favorites.
