@Karl_K, are you able to tell anything from these photos?
 
Notice in all the pics one side doesn't match the other under the table?
That's not a good sign.

@Karl_K, symmetry is important with EC's then? Or is symmetry important with all white diamond cuts? I know that fancies tend to favor color.

Visual symmetry as in looking symmetrical to the eye face up is vitally important.
The lab symmetry a grade of VG or better and on occasion good if the stone is in the hands of an expert being screened.
There are a couple facet sets that are hard to get EX/EX on sometimes. Modern cutters can usually get them to VG/VG or better but on old stones you will find some stones where one facet lowers the grade to good/good with no effect on visual appearance.

I asked for vvs2+ and that’s what the lady from customer service sent. I really only rely on what they think is best but it seems they keep sending me terrible emeralds lol

Do you have an example of a good emerald cut? Like a picture?
 
Matthews-what are the numbers? She has an outstanding EC with lots of photos.
 
Matthews1127 find her and look at her EC diamond. If you don't ever see really good ones, you'll keep picking dogs. It's not your fault - this is not easy.
