Thoughts on this Diamond? ASET/Idealscope/Sarin + Pic

Hello!

What are your thoughts on this diamond? I am getting my fiance an engagement ring and she'd like a H&A diamond and something really shiny! Her words . Is this a Hearts & Arrows diamond? She's very particular about what she likes.

I attached ASET, Idealscope, Sarin Report, and a pic too. I currently have it on hold with BGD and hopefully you guys can help me decide.
