So is there any way to find out about the "cut performance". I'm having the same issues.

Only AGS grades the cut performance of a princess cut. For stones by other labs, such as GIA, you will have to go with a vendor that can provide ASET image and BN will not provide ASET image.

Or another option, buy from BN, plan to have it appraised by someone who can provide an ASET, and plan to return if it doesn't meet expectations, but this is of course a hassle and you have to front return shipping expenses
