thin "lucida" style?

Bear with me, my knowledge of settings is very limited. Please correct my terminology if you can, so I can stop sounding so silly when I try to describe things!!

I've figured out what kind of "head" I want, but I'm not sure I can combine it with the rest of the setting style. Anyway, I want the swoopy prongs a-la-lucida (?) in the left picture, and the center connector (no clue what that's called, I put a red circle on the part I mean) a-la-Lynn B. All this on as thin a platinum band as they will let me get away with

All of the swooped prongs I've seen are on thicker bands, is this a requirement for the style to work? Also, has anyone seen this dream setting of mine anywhere, or will I need to get it custom made?

I''m glad to hear I can get those prongs with a thinner band. I was secretly hoping it already existed somewhere, but it looks like I will be going custom!

I don''t think it will be hard or expensive to get a good custom job on this with that wonderful photoshop picture you can give them. It''s really a great re-vamp of the classic setting, I am definitely diggin it.
