Has anyone bought from this site? I realize the necklaces offered are not tops but there are a few white South Sea strands that caught my eye. Of course, they are their most expensive, but whatever . Some of their strands do appear lackluster but a few look a bit more promising. I'm not expecting fireworks, but I'd to find decent luster and 10mm and up.

I'm not wowed by the luster or surface quality. But if there is a specific necklace you like, I'd definitely ask for lots more photos!

And only 30 days to return it to Indonesia...do those 30 days begin when you buy it or when you receive it? And sometimes they reject the refund or only give partial refunds. Based on what? Sounds very subjective-- and it conveys the impression that they really don't want to have to give refunds.

Speaking personally, that return policy alone is enough to deter me from buying from them.

I'm not sure who they are.. they mention 'their farms in Australia and Indonesia" but there are very few pearls farms here and unless they have a different name.. they aren't one of them. The office is in Jakarta.
