I'm LOVING ad block plus!

The only problem I ran into was the log in page on a couple of sites wouldn't give me the login section. No problem though because I just click on the little "ABP" logo on the bottom of the page and tell it to disable itself for that site.

I had some trouble with Adblock because it would slow down my performance on my Macbook pro. I have to do a lot of web surfing for my work and found out that the lag was from this plug in. Sadly, I had to disable it and then I added Facebook Cleaner 3.3 which gets rid of some of the ads on Facebook.

Just wanted to add it in case other people start getting the Safari pinwheel a lot after they add it.

I just tried to download Adblock Plus with Firefox and I'm not seeing any difference. Am I missing a step?

Did you restart your computer? Also, do you see the little red stop sign shaped logo with ABP in it anywhere? Mine is really tiny and in the lower right corner of my screen.

Yes, I did restart my computer and no I don't see the logo anywhere.

I use Firefox & adblock plus helps a lot. It doesn't make them all go away, but most. Are you sure you ran the install after downloading? Look around in your computer & see if you can find the exe app. Otherwise, try downloading again.

I couldn't find the exe app unless I didn't look in the right place. I tried downloading it again and it said that it has already been installed.
