As an additional check or just for your own peace of mind, you could also buy a set of master grading CZs online for about $300 and see what YOU think the correct grade is, first hand.
Which reminds me, I have a set myself that I could sell now that I'm on a de-cluttering kick. Hmmm....
ETA: As far as changing the thread title, if it was resolved happily (didn't read the whole thread) it could also be amended to take the company name out of it. I really do hate to see a business's name unfairly slurred. Regardless of what comes after, that's the fine print. The title can come up in a Google search or whatever and still damage their reputation.
