Bump for Feb! Good news?

Aww, Amber- what an adorable photo!

Ahem, Feb, it can''t possibly STILL be night-time wherever you are.

I have been waiting patiently for news ALL day.....

Aw, thanks ladies! I''m sad to say though, I''m definitely out of the game.
15.gif
I have dinner going so I''ll give the quick summay and come back later to fill in the blanks.

I took the +/- EPT and it was a faint positive. Took the second EPT test in the middle of the night and it was an immediately BFP as well. Took a ClearBlue Easy +/- with FMU and it was BFN! Later, took an internet strip and another, BFN. My mom came over to watch the kids so DH and I could go see Tropic Thunder and we stopped by the store afterwards to get a FRER test. I came home to not only get a BFN but AF as well
15.gif
I''m so disappointed but clearly those EPTs stink. My mom brought my camera back and I kept the tests so you can see what a BFP they look like!

I have to go finish making dinner, but will be back later- with pictures!!

Sounds like a chemical pregnancy. So sorry to hear this.

Feb, I'm so sorry.

It could have been a chemical pregnancy, but it also could have been faulty tests. The creator of peeonastick.com actually had several women send complaints about false positive +/- blue dye tests.

The +/- Tests

I''m so sorry Feb!!

Ugh sorry feb. Sending lots of good vibes for your next cycle!

Ok, here are my pictures. The top EPT is the first BFP that I got last night and the bottom is the one I got in the middle of the night. The 1st one has started to fade a bit.

Another picture...

And here is the Clear blue Easy that I took this morning with FMU. It was negative, maybe a faint shadow of a BFP but it didn''t really show up till after the 10 minute mark (I think 20ish minutes later when I took another peek). You can see a faint shadow of it in this picture.

I may have jumped the gun saying AF was here. When we got home from the movies I used the bathroom. I had put a pad on just in case and there wasn't anything on the pad, but I had checked to see what my CM looked like and it was pink. So I assumed AF was here plus the FRER was negative (which is already out in the trash so now picture of that one). But since then, nothing. Everytime I use the bathroom, I do a quick CM check and nada. Alhough I do have some cramps. I feel like I should plant a tree to make up for all the toilet paper I'm using checking my CM!

If I don't get an actual honest flow by Tuesday morning, I'll call my OB and get a blood test done.

Oh, wow, Feb- if those are evaps/false positives, I'd write EPT a letter, 'cause that isn't right! The Clear Blue Easy test looks similar to the one on peeonastick.com, though. Blue tests are evil, I'm telling ya!

I think your plan (to wait until Tuesday for a blood test) is a good one. If you're pregnant, you're pregnant, and if you're not, AF will come. If possible, try not to think about it too much, because stress can delay AF.

Good luck, hon!

I know! And those positives happened within 10 seconds of taking the tests!

How are you feeling? Did I miss an update (going to re-read the last 2 pages!) on you talking to your dr? Did you mention the weird boob thing?

I'm feeling okay, thank you for asking! Nips are still sore, and I'm still having pain in the left boob. A bit of burning pain in my right as well; I think it might be trying to catch up!
10.gif

I mentioned my boob pain to a nurse at my Dr's office, and asked her if it was a side effect of Clomid. She said no, and asked me if I'd taken a pregnancy test. I was only 9 DPO (10 DPO today), so I hadn't, and I probably won't until I'm late. Other than that, I'm tired, and I'm having a LOT of wet/creamy CM, but to be honest, I don't know how different that is from non-pregnant cycles. I've been stressed out at work, so that could be the reason for the fatigue.

Is anyone else testing soon? I know BlushingBride was going to- anyone else?

Feb, those tests are so frustrating. I''d heard of that kind of thing happening with blue dye tests and then accidentally picked up a pack of them, so I didn''t really trust any results until my digital. Waiting until Tuesday and then getting a blood test seems like a good plan. Good luck!

Thanks Blenheim! I did take a digital today and it said Not Pregnant, but no AF either. So frustarting! How are you feeling??

Feb, I hope you figure out what''s going on soon. It''s never fun not knowing if there is a baby to be or not.... Hoping good thoughts for you, for sure!!

Random question number 4587: Is it a bad thing if you never have (or at least never notice) watery CM? All of the other types I''ve noticed before, but I don''t think I''ve ever seen watery. I''m confused; is it really like water? Because if it is, how would you know it''s CM? I mean, water just feels like water. I know that it is one of the fertile fluids, so I wonder if maybe not having it (or not thinking you have it) should be a worrisome or not.

Nothing like a new thing to worry over, huh?

Good luck to those of you waiting to pee on a stick!

It doesn''t matter if you don''t have watery, many women don''t. Most women don''t get all thr types, al lthat is important is that you know your pattern and that you have one of the types of fertile fluid durign the fertile phase. EWCF is the most important type since it is the most fertile and the most nourishing to sperm, but many women also get preggo without it and with only having watery. And BTW the only real way to know that you have watery is soaked panties. Yes, TMI, but watery is as you pointed out...watery...and so it will leave a big round wet patch on the good ol'' panties. Fertile CF tends to make a rounded wet patch in panties, whereas non-fertile fluid will leave white streaks. There, once again, more than you ever wanted to know.

Hi gals! How are you figuring out when to test? I have a yearly ob/gyn appt on DPO 8 (CD29), so should I test that morning in case I get a really early positive? Or should I wait 2-3 days before my period is due? Thanks!

Feb--I wouldn't count yourself out yet! Of course false negatives are possible, but they're pretty rare.

That''s what I''ve been having the past few days. It''s definitely different than the "streak."

Well, if it isn't the norm for you, it can be a pregnancy sign! Here's hoping, since usually it should only happen around ovulation. NOTE: some women get watery CF before their period which is their uterine lining starting to break down. Here's hoping it's estrogen for you though!

To be honest, I remember the last couple of pregnancies having creamy CM. But I've had a "mix" the past week. TMI, but I've just noticed a lot of CM. I don't know what to think this cycle! I shall know soon enough, I guess- AF is due Wednesday, and if she doesn't show, I'll test.

Hey guys...

Just wanted to pop in with some likely crummy news...

I had some spotting and cramping today, called my OB (who I totally and completely love) and long story short, I went to the ER at the woman''s hospital in my city. Things aren''t looking good.

My HCG levels are super low. Like 203. I''m going in for another test on Tuesday, but the ER Doc basically told me that she didn''t expect a good outcome.

So that''s where things are.

I''m trying to be positive, but it isn''t working too well tonight.

Hope you all are doing well!!

Lysser- Could your dates be off? You''re 5 weeks, right? I found this link that shows HCG levels and 203 is in the normal range. Even being off on your dates by a day or two could skew the results. I''ll be thinking of you and please let us know how you are feeling tomorrow!

Feb - If I go by my O date from FF, I am actually 4w4d. There is about a three day difference between my O date gestational age and my LMP gestational age.

But considering the cramping, spotting and low HCG levels...I''m just sort of assuming the worst. Tonight was pretty depressing - and I''d prefer to be pleasantly surprised if they go up - instead of feeling super down again when I get the result I really am expecting...

Does that make sense?

LL,

I'll be thinking super sticky thoughts for you, love. Put your feet up and have your husband take good care of you.

*Big hugs*

*hugs* Lots of sticky dust to your LO.
Like Ebree said, put your feet up and rest.

Ebree: Hopefully all your outside the norm things are a good sign!!

LL: oh my, I am also sending you some super sticky vibes right your way. Fingers are crossed.

Little- sorry to hear about your scare. I am really hoping everything turns out ok and that the little little in there hangs on tight! Good luck to you.
