After working in the law firm I work at now. I would never, ever, ever entertain the idea of going to law school. EVER!

I applied for a Associate Staff Analyst position (''Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff''). I even googled the people in those positions right now and actually found some of them. Then I searched them on FB. Am I craZy?

Last night I made the most awesome quesadillas. My health nut of a husband-to-be loved them! I made his with fish, spinach, feta and a little olive oil to make the tortilla crispy. He couldn''t stop thanking me. I made mine with cheddar, goat cheese and mushrooms. SOOOOO good, and healthy too!

I think being a stay-at-home puppy mommy is an excellent idea!

A good friend of mine that i worked with at my law firm (big firm, long hours for 1st year assoc) left the firm after 2 years, opened his own practice.

He said if he could do it all over again, he''d never have become a lawyer. His big dream? Open a hobby shop that sells RC cars, hobby trains, etc.

That''s so deep, I had to highlight it.

It sucks. You get to be our age (mid-to-late twenties) and it''s like you smack yourself for not going to school for what you love, but yet, you''re running out of time to start a different career! Stay-at-home momming would be fun...but then, how do we afford the house we can''t afford? I hate being a grown up sometimes!

Ohh ladies... I''m having huge issues with my work today. Well it''s not really just today but I''m hitting some real roadblocks and it''s making me feel pretty useless as an employee. There''s nobody here who can help me with this stuff and I don''t want to get in trouble for it..
I guess I gotta talk to my boss about it, I just feel pretty inferior and useless right now. Like they could''ve hired someone better and I''ve been wasting their time and money. Little progress and it doesn''t meet my expectation either.

I never pretended to be more than I am!! Why is this happening..

And, re: stay at home momming, I think I wouldn''t enjoy it after awhile. But I see my sister-in-law''s FB updates, for example, and she gets to go to the park, the zoo, mom ''n'' baby yoga, play dates... and that''s her whole day! But it would be even MORE fun with a puppy rather than a child!!

I totally understand. I want to open a jewelry store. And have puppies and kittens.

Morning all! So I went to be at 10 PM because I was so tired, and got woken up at 1 AM by a mosquito bite. Spent the next 1.5 hours searching for it, failed, dozed off with the lights on. Woke up every half hour until 5 AM thinking it was on my face. Woke up at 5 AM, killed the bloody bugger (literally speaking), and actually slept for 2 hours.
