They are so photogenic!! Little cutie pies!

Gracie never sits in the sink but loves to hide in the bath... after she pulls the towel in for comfort!

Thank you Maisie! How is Gracie doing? Do you have any new pics of her? I''d love to see more!

Thank you! They are about 6.5 months now (and getting neutered in a couple weeks! My poor babies...)

There needs to be a new word for cute, adorable, etc. Let me consult a thesaurus...I came up with darling and precious. I do not think pretty, luscious and delicious didn''t fit the bill.

Super cheesy, but what about catdorable?

I have so enjoyed watching your kids BEG... since the time my girlfriend adopted Brutus, I miss him so much but he is a happy boy :) in the same breath, its been nice to see how much your boys have grown and how funny they are.

I''m so glad you like the pictures SD! Brutus is such a gorgeous boy - I fell hard for Bengals after seeing him! Have you gone and visited him at all since your friend adopted him?

Awww thank you! That is super cute!

Here are a few more from the most recent batch of pics - I hope I''m not repeating any!

Kipling - I thought this was a fun picture. Can you tell I''m standing on the bathtub edge and the toilet lid trying to get this shot?

Cuteness overload!!!!

Do they have different colored eyes? K''s eyes look a little bluer but I don''t know if that is the camera or not...

Thank you! They do - Kipling has blue eyes and Dante''s is green. It''s pretty noticeable in person. I think blue eyes are more common in snow bengals rather than brown ones, but the kittens'' dad is a snow so I think that''s why Kipling''s eyes are blue as well.
BEG - Our kittens'' mom was a snow! When they were very little they both had blue eyes. As they got older, one had green and the other one''s eyes were more amber. Now they both look green to me. They just get more beautiful by the day don''t they?
1.gif

I''m also finding that the older they get, the more they like the water.

You''re lucky there is such a size difference between the two - that has to make it much easer to tell them apart! Ours usually weigh 1/2 lb. apart, but last time we checked they were the same exact size. Although the one that looks bigger is the one that normally weighs less!

Like, you we have a problem with one stealing the other''s food. He eats his wet food twice as fast and then just goes over and helps himself to his brother''s food. Now I stay with them and remove the "pig" so Dino can finish his food!

Love the new batch of pics - keep posting more when you can!

Oh goodness! I just came back to the thread to post more pics and realized I never saw your post, LV! I''m so sorry!

Do you have pics of your boys'' parents? I need to go hunt up the ones I have of K & D''s parents!

So we took them to the vet today for their neuter. Dante''s was easy and he''s perfectly fine now, albeit hungry and tired since we were only allowed to give him a small meal tonight. Unfortunately, Kipling''s neuter was much more complicated due to an undistended testicle so his surgery was more intensive and longer, and my poor boy is still groggy from the sedation.
7.gif
But the vet weighed them and said Kipling was 10 lbs and Dante was 9 lbs - though I have a hard time believing that Dante is actually 9 lbs! He''s still 2/3 of Kipling''s size and feels much lighter in my arms. But the two of them together in a carrier - VERY heavy! Good thing I had BF carrying them to the vet and back
3.gif

Here are a few more pics. Dante has discovered the joy of getting onto the top of the cabinets, fridge and walking along the wine rack, which freaks me out but I can''t stop him! Here''s a couple of him up there.

Trying to get down via the fridge!

Sleepy boys...crammed into one bed. They completely ignored that bed for a few months until I had the bright idea of putting it on top of their carrier, where they like to snooze. Now they love it!

IMG_1014z.jpg

And in the spirit of Valentine''s Day coming up....they''re forming a heart!

They''re getting handsome! So lithe and graceful... poor Kipling, hope he perks up soon!

Aw thanks Yssie! I hope so too - I think the kitties will be sleeping in the bedroom with us tonight. I feel so awful for them!

ooooooooo, yesterday I was thinking about you & the boyz and hoping you''d put up some new pics. I am raising a glass of Couvoisier in their honor to toast the right of passage of losing their cajones

Ya know, BEG, you really do have some handsome cats. Something their head set and faces make them very special. If you''ve looked at lots of pics of Bengals I think you know what I mean. Some of them have beautiful markings and some have nice faces but it''s not all that often that both appear on the same cat and you have 2 that are squishalicious.

Aww thank you so much Matata. Your words mean a lot to me! I absolutely adore yours - and in fact, if you have more pictures I''d love to see them!

I feel awful for Kipling right now however. His neuter was tough and he''s so uncomfortable. He was licking and trying to pull his sutures last night so we stayed up until 8 AM when we could get to the vet, keeping him from going near his sutured tummy. He now has a cone on him, and he keeps bumping into walls and things with it and he''s so confused. He finally ate a bit and drank some water tonight - after 48 hours of not having eaten or drank anything. I was getting really worried - I hate to see my boy in distress.

Here''s a couple pics from last night. We didn''t have any ACE bandages or anything so we wrapped a scarf around him to keep him from getting to his sutures. He wriggled out of it eventually and I spent the night following him around and throwing the scarf on his tummy whenever he laid down.

And this last one is of Dante, who is totally recovered and happy (and being a little brat - he keeps hissing at Kipling because Kipling smells funny)

BEG -- this is one of my favorite threads because I love seeing new pictures of Dante and Kipling. They''ve got to be two of the most beautiful cats I''ve ever seen. I don''t know anyone in real life who has "exotic" cats (most cats I know are ASH). I LOVE their markings and their eyes are gorgeous (I know I''ve said that before, but I''ll say it again).

My cats lie on their backs too (one does much more often than the other), and it''s always hilarious to walk in and find them like that.

Awww poor baby boy. How long will he need to heal? When I brought Pete home I was supposed to leave him in his carrier for 12 hours or something like that and I couldn''t do it. He was so upset and pissed. He would cry and growl and hiss. He only stayed in there for about 4 hours. I let him out a couple hours before I went to bed and the next morning he was fine, still a little mad at me.

Are they acting different? I hope it doesn''t change their personalities. Keep us posted on Dante and Kipling especially.

Thanks so much Zoe! I love it when the kittens sleep on their backs. Dante didn''t when we first got him but now he usually sleeps half the time on his back, all contorted

It''s kind of funny how many people or people''s friends/family have Bengals - whenever I travel with them, there''s at least one person per trip who says their friend, family, whoever, also has Bengals. One of the maintenance guys in my building was up to fix our sink the other day and he said his friend breeds Bengals!

Hey Radiant!

Kipling needs to have the cone on and leave his sutures alone for a week (and also needs to take antibiotics this week too). I looked and the sutures look fine right now, so hopefully he''ll heal soon! I''m so happy and relieved tonight - he''s weak but seems much more himself. He''s been eating and drinking more, purring when he''s curled up next to me, etc. Dante has thankfully stopped hissing at him, although I wasn''t sure if he was trying to play with Kipling earlier or attack him - I hope it''s the former, but needless to say, I separated them really quickly!

Dante isn''t acting very different, other than that he''s been sleeping a little more than usual. I''m not sure if that''s due to the surgery or because he doesn''t have a playmate for now to run around with.

I haven''t but I do see her at work so she shows me pictures and gives me updates.. And since we had to put our Hannah down, I just can''t go see Brutus right now. I''m super emotional with animals right now...

Oh hun, I''m so sorry about Hannah
