Here is a video under vanity lights. I will try to take outdoor shots today. I never knew I could crop (zoom) a video until today. Always wondered how people could have such close up videos w/o being blurry.

I have to figure out the ear shots. I am loving them. Figuring out hairstyles that highlight my ears!! LOL

How do they compare in person with typical rounds?

On an iPhone 14 I just use max zoom for both photos and videos to get as close as I can while keeping things in focus.

I don’t have any rounds to compare them with. But I can that that the fire and scintillation is amazing. I can’t capture it with the iPhone camera. Last night we were goi going out to dinner around 6:30 so the sun was still up but lower in the sky and i was looking out the rear view mirror and the sun caught my earring and there were these bright golden flashes. I wishes I could have caught it with my camera. Of course being earrings I can’t see most of this usually.
Also, from a distance I can’t see the decagon shape, but I think the extra facets and their strict qc make them special. But tbh I think their beauty is lost a little with the earrings. Don’t get me wrong. When I put them on and look in the mirror I love them and I know they were probably flashing in the soft light of the restaurant last night, but I can’t see it!!

I am waiting on my emerald cut three stone. Hopefully only a few weeks more.

Here is the first video taken under direct lighting. As you all know, the camera can't capture the real effects. Drives me crazy that what I see doesn't come through. Suffice to say, the scintillation and brightness is about 10 times what you see here.

The decagon shape reads as round to my eye. Also, aside from the crazy brilliance and fire, most people would think these are round brilliants, yes? Is it actually possible to look at these from 2 feet away and notice that they aren’t round brilliants?

And I know how hard it is to capture fire on video, so they must be CRAZY in real life. CONGRATS!

Thank you everyone. I love them. I’ve taken to wearing my hair up these days, and not just because of the heat!

You can’t appreciate the shape in the earrings unless you see them close up. But, I do love the faceting and I know they are decagons. (Stressing the “I”)
