How about naming it after your wife, that would be the ultimate romantic gesture?

How about Arret (French - the language of love)
Pronunciation: [ah reh]. Sounds quite pretty when said aloud...
The diamond is an octagonal shape...like a STOP sign.
The beauty of this diamond will stop her in her tracks....![]()
Beautiful work, gentlemen![]()

Naw, I think SOL would be a most unfortunate name.
Scenarios that come to mind:
1. You try to return the diamond but discover it is the 11th day of a 10-day return period. You''re SOL.
2. You''re girlfriend said, ''Not only NO but HELL NO!''. Now when you look at the diamond you feel SOL.
3. You banged your hand against the car door and your uninsured SOL diamond chipped. You''re SOL.
4. DH cheated on you and you divorced him. He paid $20,000 for the SOL but you now can only get $7000. You''re SOL.

I like 'Incendio'
I also like 'Octavia' -- here's the Wikipedia excerpt about her:
'One of the most prominent women in Roman history, Octavia was respected and admired by contemporaries for her loyalty, nobility and humanity, and for maintaining traditional Roman feminine virtues.'
Isn't '8' an auspicious number in some cultures?
