Hi everyone!
I was asked by @mrs-b to post on SMTB about my new, beautiful Steven Kirsch hand crafted floral cluster. I am also starting a SMTB about my new CBI 3 stone, that I also bought while going through the process of creating this cluster. Both are with “K” color center stones!
To review some history... I came on here in January considering a cluster ring incorporating my wedding band diamonds and the center stone of my e-ring.

It turns out the center stone from my e-ring was too big for the cluster so I started searching for a smaller stone, in budget... which was 3-4K... and I found one in that price range that was a virtual stone from four Mine (but had a video and looked well cut)! .... unfortunately someone snatched a groovy orange fancy suggested stone within hours on this thread, teaching us all a lesson...

I also decided since I wasn’t using the 1.58 as the floral center, I would sell it to trade up for a 2.66 ct CBI from HPD!!!!!!!!!!! It was a bit of a splurge... but I never cared for the 1.58 very much.
I received really great advice here and forgive me for not going through each post to shout out everyone, just know I appreciate your advice! I contacted both DK and SK for quotes and DK took 2 weeks to get back to me. I already had started the process of going with SK. Their quoted prices were about 30% apart FYI. SK higher.
I originally wanted my local jeweler to do this project. I had spent literally 3 hours with my local B&M jeweler trying to get them to have an idea what I was going for. I did a lot of math and figured out the center diamond diameter on my own (1.15 ct, probably would have been slightly more perfect at 1.2ct) so, I lost confidence my local jeweler’s bench could get this right, and the quote was very high, higher than SK by 10%. When I contacted Steven, he knew precisely what I wanted, he sent me detailed CADs,are 1-2 tweaks to please me, and there was minimal discussion. He just “knew” what to do without me micro managing. I loved it!
So I am so glad I chose to stay with SK! My 1.15 K fire bomb is certainly not as beautiful or white appearing as my CBI, but I do not mind the contrast with the T&Co 10 pt melee. (My wedding band was a chunky channel with 10 x 10 pointers from T&Co) And in this setting, which is meticulously perfect, I could not be happier! It is a RHR.
I wear a size 9 - 9.25 ring. I am the shorter freckly Irish version of Brienne of Tarth. Girls with big bones are beautiful too!!!! So with no further ado:
