I just received the 1.5mm diamond platinum eternity to add to the 1.5mm 24k gold band I’ve been wearing with my (platinum) solitaire. I’m not sure if I like the eternity band with the others.

I like the overall effect! A diamond band is definitely a good idea for the stack. I can see how the modern-ness of the eternity band may be bothering you. I mostly only own "old" things so the modern Deco band definitely leapt out to me, although not necessarily in a negative way and I think one can definitely make it work. I guess it all depends on whether you're after a more cohesively antique vibe or a look with a modern twist, and what makes you happy. Maybe try stay with the new band for a while and see if grows on you?

Also, the colour of the 24k gold band is fire!

@Fabfashion I did! We are sitting here eating ice cream! You caught me! I’m parked in the shade so no sun..I can’t get a good pic to show the sparkle but you can get the idea. I got it a full size up to cover my summer finger swell..

Thank you. I ordered a second 24k band and I’ll wear it on the near side of the eternity. I think that’ll work.

I've been thinking about getting some antique/vintage 22k bands, but now I wonder if I should consider 24k as an option as well. Thank you!

I absolutely love it. It’s incredibly rich in color and if it goes out of shape a little, it’s very easy to move back. This one is work hardened. I got it (and ordered the next one) from AAurous on Etsy. I’m very happy with it. The texture isn’t as shiny as alloyed gold is. Now I’m fantasizing about a bangle.

So i just spied a small package on my front porch
Its the tiny amethyst stacking ring for Tibby's stack
Tiny but perfect

too bad yesterday i may have lost the wish bone ring
it was on my finger with the Tibby ring and i hung out the washing, fossiked around in the small but overflowing fridge in the laundry and i then peeled potatoes before i noticed it was missing - all cold jobs on a cold day
i know it was there before that
I've checked the spud peelings and that bag of rubbish but to no luck
I can't see it in the grass under the clothesline
The fridge is overdue for a clean out

I know it was only a $45 silver pandora ring but i think i had fallen in love with it - oh well i was going to get a 2nd one anyway

Oh no, I hope you find the wishbone ring. It's very sad to lose a ring just when you've "worn it in". But thank goodness it can be replaced. And if you find it later, you'll have two! It might be there yet - I know I tend to only find missing earrings after months of looking for them.

There are some LGD included in there so delete if necessary but focus is on enthusiastic stacking.
