Specs on my diamond and price.... what do you guys think?

This is a custom engagement ring, center stone is 1.04ct F/VS2 (Excellent Cut) Price is: $7,500 (no tax) The side stones add up to .33 ct''s Should I insist they are also at least F color/VS2? The specs on the cut (this is a Round cut btw):

Table/Depth: 59%
Crown Angle: 14.5
Pavillion: 42.5
Girdle 3.5% (No fluofcence)

she gave me these over the phone, what do you guys think? I''m not sure what this means: "No fluofcence" or if these numbers constitute an "excellent cut" thanks

Are you sure the girdle is 3.5?

In a well-cut RB, the girdle should be somewhere btwn thin & sl thick but a 3.5 isn't the end of the world

It'll just face up smaller.

I borrowed this AGS chart from an old post:

Very thin 0.091 - 0.50%
Thin 0.51 - 1.2%
Medium 1.21 - 1.7%
Slightly thick 1.71 - 2.95%
Thick 2.96 - 4.2%
Very thick 4.21 - 5.7%
Extremely Thick: >= 5.71 %

Your best bet would probably be to go to gemappraisers.com & click on AGA cut grade charts (on the left side of the screen). in the chart box, select round. 1A is tops

Also, i found the knowledge section at the top of the Pricescope page helpful...
