Specs on DeBeers Millenium Diamond

I cam across a DeBeers Millenium Diamond today and I would like to get a couple opinions on it:

The specs are:

Shape: Round Brilliant
Measurements: 6.60-6.62 x 4.07mm
Weight: 1.08 carat
Proprtions
Depth: 61.6 %
Table: 57%
Girdle: Medium, Faceted
Cutlet: None
Finish
Polish:Very Good
Symmetry:Very Good
Clarity: VVS1
Color: H
Fluorescence: None

Obviously it is GIA caertified, with the star name and number laser inscribed on the table facet.

The jeweler is asking $7100.

I would appreciate both positive and negative feedback about the diamond and the price.
