I just recently bought this sunburst/flower pin/pendant and am hunting for the perfect chain for it. It makes me very happy to look at it. It's 14k 2.6tcw with a .5 F/G VS center and weighs just over 13 grams. One of the melee has a sapphire inclusion.

Thank you so much, @yssie! These earrings took months (and months!) to make and multiple iterations to get them exactly how I wanted. As a result, they look good with everything, they're durable, elegant, a perfect size and *always* comfortable. They hang beautifully, being solid, and the color is more rich than the photos reflect, as they're 18kt and we fiddled around with the alloy. Consequently, they were expensive - hugely expensive compared to normal hoops. But I'll wear one pair or another about 5 days of every week and they ALWAYS look terrific. They hit the level at which I like to dress bang on, and are what I consider to be understated-luxury.

To some people, they're just a pair of hoops. But to me, they're something I'd wanted for 2 decades and utterly perfect, and it's awesome that someone else gets where I was heading with them. I've said it before and I mean it: if I only had these, my South Sea 12mm pearl studs, and my AVR for my outer ear piercing, I'd be perfectly happy and feel more than adequately covered for earrings.

I love this idea, distract with beauty, remind us all that there are many joys in life no matter the circumstances.
A plant ("fuchsia")I bought last week, covered in hot pink buds, promising to attract hummingbirds...then it blooms this week, and the blooms are purple inside! Yes, please!


We have a dove nesting box on our side patio. The dove babies were born last week, but yesterday flew for the first time, and settled on our fan. The fan twirled slowly in the breeze, giving the babies a carousel ride!


My beagle/dachsund mix, begging for lunch leftovers today.

And thankful for a new stone I'm still discovering, enchanting me with some wild , yet beautiful visuals:

Thank you @astaeria ! I don't usually wear large studs to work in order to avoid being flashy and inappropriate, but decking out for work-from-home is a must, of course!

Feeling a bit low today, so I decided to clean all of my jewellery and take family photos! As much as I enjoy cleaning my pieces, this was also a stark reminder of how fortunate I am to have such pretty things, which others are doing it really, really tough at the moment.

- 14ct rose gold diamond scatter hoops, purchased from a US vendor (I forget which one!)
- 11mm South Sea pearls on 9ct rose gold hooks, purchased locally
- 14ct rose gold martini studs with 5.5mm deep pink garnets (garnets from Yvonne Raley, set by DanielM) in 3 pointer diamond jackets in 14ct white gold, from IDJ
- 14ct white gold 5.5mm ideal cut moissanite studs from AV (these also fit nicely in the jackets)
- 8mm Akoya pearl stud earrings in 14ct rose gold from Pearl Paradise
- 18ct rose gold .24ctw diamond studs, each with 4 diamonds in a flower type arrangement, from Catherine Trenton Jewellery

Most of my jewelry makes me happy, but of course Belle is one of my favorites. I also included the pearl and diamond earrings, and the multi gem and pearl set because they remind me of Spring.
