I have one pic I shared here before..They're the 1.62 pair..They still sell them..I get so many compliments on them..It’s funny..I get most of the compliments from people that are a bit snobby about their diamonds. I haven’t told them I got them at Costco..They’re not friends...If they asked I would tell them reluctantly but they haven’t asked me..:lol:

Right? Between that and people talking about how the lighting in the stores is great for diamonds (I think I’m remembering correctly that it’s Costco that has good bling lighting?) we are missing out!

Although, locally, the best lighting I’ve found for bling is at our pet supply store. I love it when we need dog food, :lol:

I think they are going to very careful from now on..Their prices are good anyway...I’m actually going to look for some gem jewelry there now..

My local sam's club has a "black diamond" bead necklace that I like but it's so similar to black glass that there's no point. If the beads had some life to them, some shimmer of translucence.... but they're just opaque. I still stop by to visit it during the monthly shop.... someone will take it home!

I believe larger diamonds will show body color more than a smaller diamond, so it’s possible they are both the same color grade, but the larger size just makes the body color more apparent.

I have a lot of Costco jewelry and have always found the associates to be very helpful. Some really get into it. If you make it fun, hanging out with you at the counter is more enjoyable to them than a lot of other things they would otherwise be doing. Last time i bought a diamond bracelet, two male associates brought out two bracelets for me to inspect and they gave me their Opinions from what they thought would be their wives’ point of view. It was fun.

I wear that bracelet next to one I bought from BGD. There is no question that the super ideal diamonds are a better quality upon close inspection, but no one is going to be looking at my wrist like I look at it. From any distance other than up close and personal, both sparkle like crazy.

I've been really happy with their diamond jewelry too! They're not super ideal, but they're a great bang for your buck.

Ha, I have no shame in getting some jewelry from Costco! One year, we made it a goal to buy all of our Christmas presents from Costco (and we did).

Love it! My daughter-in-law, who I love like mine, would die if I bought her jewelry from Costco. I have no problem at all..obviously! :lol-2:

Ok so I did!!! And I returned them. They were absolutely stunning but I felt like the center diamond was not very sparkly. The look as a whole was perfection but I couldn't get over the center stone. It could've just been that pair. They felt slightly heavy to me also. I love them and I really want to do a diamond floral cluster earring and necklace someday modelled after these costco floral earrings. You are soo sweet mwang05 :kiss2: I really hope my dream comes true sooner than later too.
I don't have a loupe yet - I probably should have louped just to see the diamond closer. But they just didn't sparkly the way I wanted, and I would prefer the diamonds to go all the way up on the dangle part. I didn't care for the diamonds being halfway up. And somehow, I need them a little lighter. I LOVED the design and style. But the tweaks would be super sparkly diamonds, lighter in weight, and either a metal dangle part or diamonds all the way up. And I want to create a matching necklace! :appl:
