I'd be making a bracelet with them. (I have a Tiffany hardware bead bracelet that is 17 X 10mm beads and fits perfectly). I'm sure these would do too at least they do in my head and unfortunately that's probably where they'll be staying.

The golden akoya they posted are also gorgeous too.

Edited coz I got the number of beads wrong, the Tiffany bracelet has 17 beads.

Probably two fewer pearls, accounting for the clasp and slight oval shape and knots between each. Even cheaper

I think that’s a great use for semi round pearls though, for real. Drop earrings or a pendant or… Anything where the shape is a boon rather than an accident or detractor

I'm wondering what we think of these from Takahashi. This would be for a bracelet. They tick my box for size (8-8.5mm), good lustre and pink colour and I'm ok with blemishes. What I don't know is if there are options for sharper lustre and even stronger pink colour? (If there was a description of "gem quality lustre with blemishes" that would be my ideal!) I don't mind waiting but it's hard to know what other options might come along. (I like to do my research, be satisfied that I'm making the best purchase at the time then mentally move on.) The price given was 900usd for a strand, don't know what the options are for reducing a strand to bracelet length.

The studs that @yssie bought and returned because they weren't a good candidate for her incredible experiment with dye

I almost bought them, but there was another pair that were more red/copper. I asked Julia about which one she thought were better. She said both are amazing, but the ones that @yssie originally had were more of a "pistachio" undertone instead of copper. With my skin tone (light olive), I ended up with the copper pair.

Whaaat. Girl back away from the Kleenex. They look AMAZING. And I’m not just saying that because it seems nice to say… The size is large but they aren’t overwhelming. You are very clearly wearing them, not the other way round!! And the colour, I think you 100% made the right choice - your hair has so much richness and warmth and the bronze in those pearls plays it up so well
