Niessing will mount an antique stone too! There was a hot moment were I thought about setting Flora in one of there settings so I asked and they said they could! I LOVE LOVE LOVE their metal colors. I want a rainbow of solid bands from them someday. Their Supla Grenadine is TO DIE FOR. They can do a rounded band just like Tiffany’s Bezet… it’s my plan B if u can’t find one

I mean I will speak just for myself....
I guess for me, i like diamonds, A LOT and i currently have a little disposable income. I finally feel like I have my retirement pretty much in place, so now i feel comfortable spending a little on jewelry and see this as an alternative investment. I dont want EVERYTHING to be in banks/stock market, so if i see something that i think is "OMG I CANT PASS THIS UP" either because of the price being phenomenal *or* it's very "one of a kind" piece thats 'me', then i go for it.

Brown Transitional (I1 warning for purists). Authentic antique quite white diamond halo. Ring looks original antique. I like it!
This Platinum dinner ring has very white diamonds. It is already on hold. I can see the fire in both pieces’ diamonds. This one is amazing! Needs a minor shank repair to become PS perfect.
