Thanks, everyone! Just wanted to check in and say I''ve been very busy conducting my interviews for my master''s research project, so I haven''t had a chance to start this yet, but I''m hoping for maybe this weekend or sometime next week when I''m in the middle of typing up transcriptions and needing a break!!

Thank you again for your info! I am very curious to see what sort of data I can get out of this (read: I am such a dork

My Asscher 3 stone is a .8 ct center, with .42 ct sides, for a total of 1.64 ct.

e-ring 2.52 solitare no pave.

5 stone 2.59 total.

I find that I wear my 5 stone more than my e-ring.

I joined this group a long time ago, but I never actually posted or participated...so now I''m just jumping right in!

My E-ring is .57

My husband and I were married last July and we got engaged the day he graduated from college. Once we''ve earned large quantities of money that I can roll around naked in, I''m going to take some of it and UPGRADE! I must admit, I''m very jealous of so many of the beautiful rings I''ve seen here! I''m also impressed at the wealth of knowledge floating around. I wish I had found this place while my then boyfriend and I were looking for my e-ring.

My e-ring is .43 princess with about .25 total trillion side stones (estimate) so

.68 total.

In my neck of the woods, for a center stone, that`s about .20 more then the average e-ring.

Looking to increase that gap. By alot.

Yay, hello there, diffraction! That is a BEAUTIFUL shot of your ring! Do you have any more? I''d love to see a SMTR thread on your lovely ring--more close-ups and handshots and profile shots, maybe?
