Size differences

Is it worth it to go from a .75 to a .83 or so.

Everyhting else staying the same. I mean will I even be able to tell, or will it ba waste of money. I have read that there are certain cutoff points where you get the most size for you money. Something to do with the price per carat.

.75 - 5.90 mm in diameter
.83 - 6.11 mm in diameter
3.5% difference...
