I ordered a wedding band for my FI last week ago and Signed Pieces has been awesome about responding to my e-mails really quickly. But my only thought is, why don''t they e-mail the customer more often to let them know the status of their order? I have only received one e-mail telling me that my order has been placed. However, I would like to have received an e-mail saying whether or not the ring was in stock (which it''s not).
For all those that have used Signed Pieces in the past, do they generally e-mail you with a tracking number once they do ship the item?
