Suli, I have a little crush on your band....... Where did you get it from?

I got it from a local jewelry store called Mervis during a trunk show they had last winter. The vendor name is Jolie Designs. They sell beautiful stackable rings that are antiquey looking -- much like the ones from Fay Cullen and Beverly K (actually, I tried on the same exact styles as some of the milligrained ones that have been posted from Beverly K). Since it was a trunk show, we got an amazing deal on the band (mine is in platinum, but it comes in white gold as well). I think the tcw is .65. I know that you can custom order the color stones/sapphires and diamonds.

Is your pave ring a Simon G by chance?? It looks exactly like my wedding band! I love your rings

Awwwww, SDL - I''ve been in Vegas all week and haven''t had my PS time.

If you believe it, DH bought it for me at Macy''s! It was his first jewelry purchase, my first platinum piece, and he was so proud of it. Over time, I have replaced all of the sapphires and diamonds (they kept falling out - oops!

) and it now looks like this.

I not only love these, I envy them! The combination makes me wish I had started with a plain diamond band instead of a yellow sapphire band so that I, also, could have had a diamond and ruby combination! I really, really, love rubles! Thank you for sharing.

Of course not, my dear! Ill take as many pics of it as you need to see - it''s a very easy to wear ring, and it''s extremely sentimental to me. What a sweet compliment from someone whose taste I adore!

They''re 1 mm shared prong baguette bands, and I''ve been asked about them quite a bit lately.

I actually found them at a small local jeweler in Dallas, called Tuscany Jewelers. They don''t have any of their inventory on their website, but they seem to always have a 1 mm baguette band in stock.

I only paid $200 with tax for mine, and the list price on the original band was around $700ish. It''s only about .12 or .14 tcw, so hopefully they''ll know what you''re talking about if you call them.

I love my bands, and use them to stack with loads of other stacking bands.

Scattered diamond band in 18ct yellow gold
